The Chirnside Park Country Club & Gardiners Run Golf Course is committed to ensuring that our community always comes first. We pride ourselves on providing services & facilities for our community to access in order to establish ourselves as a ‘Community Hub’ within the Yarra Ranges.
Throughout the year, the club hosts many fundraising activities and initiatives that directly impact our community such as: Bowls GR8 for Brains, Very Special Kids, Cancer Council and many more.
In May, we hosted over 120 members & guests for our annual Biggest Morning Tea which saw us raise over $4000 for Cancer Council Victoria. We would like to sincerely thank our generous sponsors for the day: Greenlands. DeBortoli, Lickt & the Meat Inn Place.
In the last year, we have managed to raise $5000 for Very Special Kids which is a fantastic organisation who provides holistic palliative care for children and young people across Victoria.
The club has had a long-standing association with the Good Friday Appeal, which has seen us raise over $50,000 through various events at the club. This year, thanks to generous donations from our members & guests, we managed to raise over $6000.
